FoxCloud is a client monitoring software for photovoltaic power plants. It can interact with power plants remotely and wirelessly to obtain operating parameters such as power generation capacity, power generation revenue, equipment status, and equipment information.

It all depends on the charge and discharge capacity of the of the Fox Ess inverter. If the inverter is a 5kw hybrid/AC then it wil have the ability to charge your battery system at 5kw per hour.

The Fox Ess system can provide a limit power back up, in reality around 13 amps maximum. Some dedicated circuits i.e gas boiler supply, deciated sockets or home office is ideal and will provide, as long as there is power in the battery, during a power cut.

The majority of homeowners will typically charge and discharge their batteries every day. However, it isn’t necessary to charge it daily. This depends on how much stored electricity you’re anticipating using.

Fox ESS batteries require internet connection (over wired Ethernet or your home Wi-Fi) or a cellular connection to receive software updates and to communicate with the mobile app for energy monitoring. It can be installed without internet but it is not ideal.
